Membership    

You can become a member of RSS as through regional offices and through the Executive Committee of RSS in Moscow.

To join the RSS you should:

  1. Accept the charter of RSS;
  2. Fill in the registration card of a member of the RSS and submit it to the Executive Committee of RSS in person or electronically;
  3. Get in RSS a membership card. For its formalization we need a photo 3x4 cm;
  4. Pay a membership fee.

After payment of the membership fee details of a new member shall be entered into the database ROS on this website.
